Well-behaved dogs welcome

The Lake District is a dream for dogs - miles of walks, lakes to splash in and log burners to curl up in front of. Bogle Barn is a dog-friendly holiday cottage and welcomes well-behaved pooches.  We just have a few little requests:

• Maximum 2 dogs per stay

• Cleaning supplement payable per stay

• Bedrooms and sofas are a dog-free zone

• Muddy mutts stay in the hall to dry off

• Owners, please be respectful of the natural surroundings: take care around livestock and be cautious of blue-green algae in the lakes.

We're sure your dog will love it here.  There will always be a space in front of the wood burning stove to curl up after a long day bounding around the hills.

Our village pub, The Eagles Head, is also dog-friendly and you'll find a jar of treats on the bar for deserving doggies.
